Shipping Policy

At FunSize Luv, we value each and every single customer. Our top priority is making sure the items get delivered to our customer as soon as possible. Normally you will receive your order in 5-10 business days from the date that it is placed.

PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

• A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified.
• Once the payment verified, the order cannot cancel or change within this sort of time. However, we will do our best to support your request.

PROCESSING

• It normally takes 3-5 business days to process your order (quality control/Picking Sorting/Packaging...). Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.
• It takes longer for us to process pre-ordered items, please refer to our preorder page for more detailed information.
• Due to COVID-19, we're improving our delivery process to make your packages even safer, so there may be a 5-7 days delay in processing your orders.
